Simple, workflow-based pricing

Pay for workflows,
not for seats.

Automation platforms charge per user, which punishes you for having a team. W!FE plans are priced by the number of active workflows we build and operate for you, with execution allowances generous enough that you never think about them.

A workflow run is one end-to-end execution of a workflow, including everything it does along the way. Additional runs are $10 per 1,000. Every plan is operated by Braintek: we build, monitor, and maintain your workflows.

Common questions

Pricing, answered.

Why not price per user like other platforms?

Because the value of automation has nothing to do with headcount. A workflow that onboards employees is worth the same whether five people or fifty can see it. Pricing by active workflows matches what you pay to what we actually build and operate for you.

What counts as a workflow run?

One end-to-end execution of one workflow, whether it was started by a form, a schedule, a webhook, or a person. The steps inside a run, including API calls and subworkflows it uses along the way, are part of that one run, not counted separately.

What happens if we go over our included runs?

Nothing stops. Additional runs are billed at $10 per 1,000 at the end of the month, and if you are consistently over, we will suggest moving to the plan that makes it cheaper.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

Your first workflow is mapped and built free on every plan, which is most of the setup. Plans are month to month. Larger Scale engagements with custom integrations are quoted individually.

Who builds and maintains the workflows?

Braintek does. W!FE is an operated service: we map the process with you, build it, monitor it, and fix it when an API on the other end changes. You see every workflow and every run in your environment.
